​Chaos, by definition, is the lack of Order... behavior so unpredictable as to appear random.  The Factions that fall into this category oppose the predetermined laws set by the City or by the natures of mankind.  Some of these factions prefer a level of control to their own chaos, erecting codes of conduct to govern their people and achieve greater goals, while others choose to embrace disorder, and thrive in what follows.  No matter where one falls on the spectrum of Chaos, their goals serve only the purpose of their own designs.  They do not compromise who they are, nor can they be bought.  They use whatever means necessary to meet their goals.​

• Players are able to form their own groups but they will not receive any official Sim Sponsorship or Staff Support. 

• Players will be solely responsible for recruitment, management and the activity of their own groups. 

• As a result these individual groups will not be eligible for Faction-Specific Rewards and Perks given by our Prosperity System.

• All Player-made groups will be displayed as part of their overlord Faction until further notice.

• THE CARNIVALE OF PURGATORY. 
  With the eyes of the country and the world upon the re-opening of a once prosperous island that almost ended a city in disastrous consequences, the Island of Purgatory has a lot to prove as does what it stands for.  Supernaturals, both the Natural and the Unnatural, shouldn't have to hide what they are from the world. Those of the Carnivale, while they exist underground, in the places that the governmental eyes can’t see them, believe this wholeheartedly.  They DESERVE to exist exactly as they are, and they are not afraid to show off. 
  
  Members of the COP not only see it as a vital necessity that the supernatural be allowed to live as they are, but also see themselves as better than humanity because they are different.  They are tired of being forced into cages, boxes, and closets.  They are tired of hiding who they are from the world.  So with the glitz, glamour, and the smiles that only come from entertainers, they are pushing for the power to be a force that humanity will acknowledge and one day, bow to. They will play the game, wear the masks, but at the last curtain call, they will be the stars of the show. 
  
  COP has a place for all supernaturals and humankind that accept this truth that the rest of the world is not ready to embrace as the performers and workers of Purgatory itself, as those on the island, the ones without a place and are pushed out of society.  Thieves and drug dealers, charlatans and fortune tellers.  Everyone that can carry their own can have a home within the Carnivale.

• ​THE RED MARK SYNDICATE. 
  The Red Mark Syndicate is the criminal cartel in the Dark Metropolis. The Syndicate is a cartel which currently consists of three major families:  the Polish-American Romanska Family who run the cartel, the Italian-American Santino Family, and the smaller Spanish-Creole Lázaro Family. The cartel is involved in a wide variety of criminal activities, such as illegal gambling, human trafficking and gladiatorial bloodsports. It's biggest money maker is smuggling and its most sinister racket is the slave trade, including the putting to work in brothels.
  
  In the Dark Metropolis known as Bridgeport, CT, they have run out most of their competition, either absorbing them into the Syndicate or outrightly executing less powerful organizations.  Of course, smaller street groups exist, but they are often left to their own devices, until they unwittingly find themselves interfering with the Syndicate's affairs where a bloody vengeance is demanded.
