Requiem by Night is a Collaborative Concept developed by the Original Owners of Pleasure Island (est. 2010-2019) and Danse Macabre (est. 2019-2024).
Our roleplay is loosely based on the modern supernatural series 'Anita Blake: Vampire Hunter'. Our focus is on Story Driven Plots and Character Developments within this dark, fantastical world. We are set in the year 2025, Bridgeport, CT, USA near the Island Destination Attraction known as Purgatory (Formerly known as Pleasure Island). Purgatory is a place that all Supernaturals can be seen and interacted with in their natural states for the amusement of the public, while Bridgeport is the human city everyone lives within.
Expect to see Vampires of various bloodlines and their assorted politics, A variety of Therianthropes, an open variety of Fae for all nationalities and humans that can tap into psychic or magical energies. Whether it's to enjoy the slice of life that is living in a world where all Supernaturals are known or a place to push the human acceptance of their existence, Requiem by Night is here to meet your needs.
