Avians - Avians appeared sometime around the rise of the Egyptians Pharaohs. On the winds did they disperse across the world.  Mysterious and often the most quiet of the Therianthropes, the Avians, while lesser known, are often welcomed into all sorts of Therianthrope gatherings. (Read More)

Canid - While one of the most prevalent of the Therianthropy lines and one of the most contagious, the Canids are also the youngest of the breeds.  Historical records only date the first official writings of Canids officially around the end of BC. Given how quickly the Canid can infect, their prominence across the world is high, leaving them as the most recognizable of the Therianthrope breeds.  This often means most other Therianthropes are often mistaken for Canids in their human form, and sometimes even their Changed form.  (Read More)

Hyaenid - Hyena are considered one of the two eldest strains of Therianthropy out there.  Their origins starting within the African nations, in their hayday many had been seen throughout the Middle East and into some of Southern and Eastern Asia until the subtypes declined in the 1700s. Many scholars assumed the Hyaenid strain died out by the late 1800s, but by the late 1900s, the Hyaenid had not only been reidentified in all parts of the world, but seen as changed. (Read More)

Murid - Murids arose with the first talks of plagues and disease.  Often considered carriers themselves, the Murid do follow the way of the lost, abandoned and condemned.  In modern society, murids tend to be of two mindsets.  You have the ones that are into the modern world, embracing the new age mindsets.  They look and act trendy, and tend to maintain the cleanest spaces around.  The others are more traditionalists and tend to remain in the ruined parts of a city, skulking in the darkness and scavenging. (Read More)

Panthera - Of all the Therianthrope lines, the oldest of what is considered the contagion lines.  Panthera originally came from Asia before sweeping westward over time.  Nowadays, all varieties of large cats are part of the Panthera line. However, with the increase of diversity has come a decline in the numbers of the Panthera. (Read More)

Reptilian - Reptilians are one of only two sub-races of therianthropes that can be born. There are many arguments among historical scholars that the reptile was the very first of the Therianthrope lines to exist.  There is also a going theory that the introduction of draconic mythologies throughout the world evolved thanks to the presence of the Reptilian Therians. (Read More)

Ursine - Ursine were first known within the European territories as their countries were slowly forming.  Many have old Nordic and Celtic vibes, even if nowadays all nationalities are represented within the Ursine family.  Ursine are known to be patient and easy going people, until they aren’t.  Ursine don’t have short tempers, but the temper they unless is always as loud and terrifying as one would expect of a short tempered individual. (Read More)
